Founder and Managing Director Jimmy Devlin, a music industry veteran of almost thirty years, was a recording musician who went on to hold  the position of Managing Director at both Polydor Records UK and Road Runner Records , previously

he was Director of Promotions at EMI in London. During the mid eighties he was a partner in School House Management,

the company which represented such artists as Simple Minds, China Crisis, and The Silencers. He has been a Council Member of the BPI and a Board Director of VPL.
